While the lion's body does not move, the company have concentrated on creating a lion with realistic face movement and a soft body for holding. For any children who ever wanted the chance to hold a real baby lion, this is perfect to save any nasty bites!
Like all the WowWee Robotic toys, the company have compromised to create a product which has a number of features rather than one which is easy to advertise. WowWee attempted to avoid domesticated animals such as the FurReal range specialised in and concentrated on wild animals. Unfortunately, this resulted in a short life for the brand in some countries.
The lion opens its mouth and eyes and offers a much more cuddly body to the FurReal Jungle Cubs. While the movement can be a little noisy, it can also detect when it is turned on its side, making it perfect for night time hugs."
