Hi I am enquiring on behalf of my mother in law, she is 89 and purchased her dog in Roys of Roxham a couple of years ago.
She purchased Biscuit as she is disabled but really wanted a dog.
The problem was her home help lady picked the dog up by the neck while she was cleaning thinking it was a soft toy. Now her beloved BB as she calls him does not lift his head.
Can anyone please give some advice how to fix him!
