I bought my parrot second hand without remote and cracker,I have contacted hasbro uk but they cant help does anyone have or know where I can get these or maybe a universal remote.

If Hasbro can't help then unfortunately the only way to get a remote control for your Squawkers might be to keep checking eBay to see if one pops up on there. You might be able to find someone selling off a faulty parrot and use the remote from that.
As far as I know, the cracker is just rubber and doesn't contain electronics - you can just use any fake food or even just your finger to feed the parrot. Hope that helps!
