Many people have contacted ElectronicPets.org regarding problems with Pleo not starting or the battery life not lasting as long as it should.
When you charge the Pleo battery up, make sure it is fully inserted into the battery cradle. If the battery moves, it is not in properly. The battery light will turn red for around 20 minutes regardless of whether or not the battery is charging.
The red light should stay red for well over an hour. For best results, make sure Pleo is completely drained before recharging and leave the battery in the charger overnight.
