"FurReal Friends Lulu kitty was released two years after the very popular FurReal Playful Cat was discontinued by Hasbro. The two cats are quite similar in appearance and both take the prize for realism in the domestic animal range.
While the Playful cat moved up and down, Lulu stays in the laying position and moves its head and paw to groom itself. Staying in a laying position has the advantage of being easier to handle if the owner prefer to have the cat on their lap. However, from a distance it does seem to be more realistic to have a cat that sits up.
Overall, a very attractive electronic pet who is perfect for the elderly as an alternative to a real cat."
