• 2009 (Sep) - Go Go Pets rebranded in the US as Zhu Zhu Pets.
• 2009 (Oct) - Television Commercials and stock shortages begin to strike.
• 2009 (Oct) - Go Go Pets are listed as one of the 'Dream Dozen' by Toy Retailers Association. Go Go Pets appear on television frequently.
• 2009 (Nov) - Due to short supply, Go Go Pets start selling for up to £60 from their reccomended retail of £10.
• 2009 (Nov) - Go Go Pets become the fastest selling toy of 2009.
• 2009 (Dec) - Go Go Pets are declared 'unsafe' by U.S Good Guide organisation. This statement is retracted when further tests by manufacturers are taken.
• 2009 (Jan) - Go Go Pets are rebranded as Zhu Zhu Pets in the UK.
